you have to wait, because you have to go up a ladder one by one to get to the next level up.

I wear the gown off my right shoulder, since I am a 3rd year in the Faculty of Arts. Meg, next to me, is a 2nd year, so the gown is off her shoulders to the back more then Douglas, next to her, who is a 1st year.
